Chef Training Seminar in Beijing
A chef training seminar will be held at the Beijing New World Hotel. Members from ASMI China will introduce Alaska seafood to participating chefs and a tasting menu featuring natural and delicious Alaska seafood will be developed and prepared by Michelin starred of the hotel. New products, like rockfish and herring roe will be presented. We look forward to your participation!
